The fairway is the new boardroom
Today, women in business, is commonplace. Although there is still a tough road for equality of pay and rank, women are in the game, and that is most important. Women at the corporate executive level, who have “paid their dues”, are still being declined the well-deserved promotions and opportunity for career advancement. Those seeking CEO status, may find the challenge relative to attaining the status of “America Ninja Warrior”. However, there is hope for all who remain steadfast, as the door to opportunity has already opened and the female warriors are rushing through. It won’t be long before the “all boys clubs” see the benefit of going coed. Corporate women executives are realizing how the career advancement game is played, and the playing field is not in the boardroom, as they knew it. Their male counterparts have quietly changed the location to the fairway, a long time ago.
